Support for Private Repos

Hi,

Does this action support private organisation repos?

I am add a github token env var similar to how this github action works - https://github.com/cycjimmy/semantic-release-action?tab=readme-ov-file

@sbyrne-teck I use this action in my private repositories. If you want to auto generate and commit README.md file then the regular github token won't trigger workflow re-run. For that you need to use personal access token.
