[Feature request] can_bulk_use, can_mass_use, mass_use and Mass Use ALL

Should be pretty obvious what these do
can_bulk_use and can_mass_use are can_use but for bulk_use and mass_use (true by default)
mass_use determines the functionality of a consumable when its mass used
Mass Use ALL Mass Uses all mass-usable consumables
