It should all be one big pile of chapters, updating together.

Pages make novels take multiple updates, it creates hell.

Pages are horrid, they make you load thousands of chapters individually as compared to at once. Pages also redirect some chapters to completely different chapters. Very buggy.

It is the opposite, when every chapter was in one page when you update every pages was fetched to see if there was an update but now it can send just 1 request to the latest page

I took a look at the discord, and it seems there are a lot of people that also agree with no pages. This might seem dumb, but I feel like you could solve this by making a second novelfire extension that is page less. Most people would either get the normal novelfire or both, and the ones who want to use novelfire without pages would get the pageless option. I feel like this would be perfect for everyone, and the people who want pages would just install the other version and migrate everything.

I've added an option to the plugin. It's not the best way to deal with the issues, but while waiting for the app to handle page plugins better, I think it's the best option

It is not yet available.

You need to wait for version 1.1.1 of the plugin, and you will need to remove the plugin and reinstall it (there is currently a bug with the settings lnreader/lnreader#1674)
