After some discussion, we agreed to add some devices classes that were tested in the Mogno beamline and support a FlyScan operation, this issue will help us in following these additions.
The central idea is to have an abstract class "Flyable" to give support for triggers, and for every device that supports FlyScan operations, we inherit the latter from the abstract Flyable class.
