Add performance monitoring for Datacrumbs

• Within eBPF code to understand cost of capturing, sum of all overhead and count of events.
• Within event processor, handling cost and writing cost.
• Report final throughputs to understand what is the tool bound by.
• Use CMAKE BUILD PROFILE as a mechanism to enable this within datacrumbs.
