openrestry on Z does not support Redhat 8.4

installation of openrestry on Z does not support Redhat 8.4.

Hi @quietsnail . We are working on adding Redhat 8.4 support. While we do that feel free to tweak our existing script and use it. Also following instructions mentioned here for other Redhat 8.x distros should work fine.
