Building OpenResty 1.21.4.1 gives 404 error at download step

Link provided in download step tries to download openresty 1.21.1.4 which gives 404 error
In this step we 1.21.4.1

current wiki points to:

cd $SOURCE_ROOT/openresty
wget --no-check-certificate https://openresty.org/download/openresty-1.21.1.4.tar.gz
tar xvf openresty-1.21.1.4.tar.gz

which gives

We need:

cd $SOURCE_ROOT/openresty
wget --no-check-certificate https://openresty.org/download/openresty-1.21.4.1.tar.gz
tar xvf openresty-1.21.1.4.tar.gz

same in case of
cd $SOURCE_ROOT/openresty/openresty-1.21.1.4

Thanks for pointing out the error. The version is 1.21.4.1. I have updated the build instructions.
