Fix `ContextStringOrArray` and `referred_toByProp` errors in `core.json#/definitions/Name`

When I compile these schemas locally I get two errors from the schema compiler:

  "$ref": "/definitions/referred_to_byProp"

  Missing the hash to scope that definition to the current doc.

  "items": [

  ContextStringOrArray's items property should have a range of object not array. The spec mandates an object here AFAICT: https://json-schema.org/understanding-json-schema/reference/array#items
