Change Highlight Location?

For items that used to be off the screen, but get scrolled into focus by searching, Firefox defaults to showing the first result at the bottom or far right of the page. Even with the highlight circle, this makes it hard to see results. Would it be possible for this extension to change the default scroll location to the left or center of the screen (when there is enough page left to scroll to do so)? Thanks!

Sure! I needed to clip out a lot of the window out for privacy concerns, but here's what I'm talking about. It appears this actually doesn't apply to vertical scrolling, which is actually centered when found. It only applies to horizontal scrolling, which is my main use case.

You can see the search appears on the far right of the screen, basically under the scrollbar.

I am writing in assistance to Molenfeuer to clarify what exactly the current problem is.

If we understood the issue right, its that Firefox tends to not scroll far enough towards the found entry, therefore rendering the firefox search and FineFind less useful because the search result is still off-screen.

And your proposed solution to this would be for the Add-On automatically scroll towards the search result so it is more visible.

Did I understand your request correctly?

I have tried to recreate the issue, if understood correctly, with partial success.
I zoomed in on Github to 140% (not for this purpose, it was zoomed in this much by me previously) and searched for "Participants" by pasting the text "Participants" into the search bar.
Due to the zoom, Firefox actually didnt have the result on screen, and I had to scroll down a bit to see it.
