The navmenu expects users to hover in order to navigate through submenus. Hovering is accomplished by holding on mobile but this is slow and unintuitive.
The behavior on Wawa could be mimicked to provide a better experience. Wawa allows tapping to open up submenus. Submenus are also clearly delineated.

Potential solutions include reducing the amount of data shown or increasing the density (reduced padding).
