Success/Failure notification profile doesn't update unless refreshed

The Success/Failure notification doesn't appear unless you manually refresh the page after updating user profile details.

Bar doesn't update until refreshed so it seems like nothing happened:

Sometimes it doesn't do anything, it's blank when you click "Save" after updating the address or profile name.
