Customizing colors

Not really an issue, more of a question, what file is this light grey color stored in and what's the name of the color so that I can change it?

And where is this background picture stored in the files? I replaced the main menu picture but I can't find where this one is.

im not so sure about the first one as i have item quality colors on, but it may be QualityColorNormal, ItemRarityDefault, or Normal/Normal_Hover. once again, i'm not sure, its been a while

second one is materials/vgui/replay/thumbnails/wallpaper_blurred.vtf
