[Feature] Create a website using basic html/css/js for inference

Goal : The goal of this task is to create a website that takes an image and finally able to integrate with the trained models and perform inference.

Todo tasks :

• Create a basic screen that has a button and will be able to upload a file.
• Look for a way to integrate javascript and python.
• Able to apply inference from javascript
• Display the results
