[Report Works] Create a view that shows the status of works of a project in a table

History: with the redesign for v0.6 the plenary view for works has been deleted.

Reintroduce the route.

Design

Command:

• trak report works
• Option --project-id: picker if not provider
• Option --???: create a custom value for
  • Ideas are: --full, --complete, --general, --plenary
    • With the related short version, single initial letter

Response:

• Shows a table with all the works of the project
