I am a reader who has found this guidebook. I believe this resource would be highly beneficial for the Korean crypto community and would love to contribute by translating the content into Korean.

Before I begin, I would like to ask for your guidance on the preferred approach:

1. Should I create a /ko folder within this repository and submit Pull Requests for the translated files?
2. Or would you prefer me to maintain the Korean version in a separate repository (fork)?
