Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Settings app
2. Apps, Safari, Extensions
3. Scroll to the bottom of Safari Extensions Settings and tap More Extensions
4. In the Safari Extensions section of App Store, scroll down to Top Paid
5. Tap "Top Paid >"

Expected Results: Paid Apps is selected, and the top paid Safari extensions are displayed in a list.

Actual Results: Free Apps is selected, and the top free Safari extensions are displayed in a list.
