Today I updated my iPhone from iOS 18.7.2 to iOS 26.2, and now Safari extension popup windows are very slow to display after selecting the extension in Safari. There's a significant delay between tapping the extension icon and the extension's popup window displaying. This affects multiple Safari Extensions.
