Merge new ParaFrame, with updated format string, to the `next` branch

Currently, the next branch use the original version of ParaFrame, which has the regular expression error and do not support custom formatting in ParaFrame.
When the updated format string is finished, merge the new version of ParaFrame to the next branch.
