[WAIT] code does not work as it should when importing Texts #559

The program has a bug when using the [WAIT] command when editing and importing text.

An example is in Pokémon Sun/Moon, when the text with [WAIT 60] is used, in addition to the code not working within the game, a "<" symbol appears.

In Pokémon ORAS, within the PLAYNAV texts, many texts use the [WAIT] code to make small pauses. The same problem occurs when we are translating the game.
