Due to the issue with the REST API detailed here. The responsive maintainer functionality is currently non-functional. Theoretically once the REST call is fixed the current version should work as implemented with minimal changes. Changes will be needed to be made to fileCounter.py to add the call to licAndResp.ts back into the pipeline, and remove the addition of dummy placeholders.
