[Feature Request] Highlight state border when state is hovered

Great job! I really like how direct and intuitive the zone information is presented. I also like the feature that shows the number of active cases (what I care the most, personally) when we hover on individual state.

When an individual state is hovered, highlight the border of that particular state (to help our friends who are not doing well in geography).
