Addon version reported in integration view mismatches version reported by HACS

Describe the bug
The version reported by HACS as installed is not the same as seen in the HomeAssistant integration overview.

Expected behavior
The version should be reported the same in these two locations.

Speculation
The build pipeline is missing a step to replace the version of the manifest.json.
