Pre-populate data

We are using this as a way of "nudging" a dataset. It would be nice to be able to pass in a dataframe as an initialization argument so that when we hit "reset", instead of wiping the canvas it resets it back to that dataframes state.

Probably only useful if #16 is also implemented!
