Card expand/collapse — compact vs full view

Summary

Toggle individual cards between compact (stats only) and full (heatmap + stats) views inline, without opening the modal.

Additional info

Currently cards can only be expanded by clicking into a full-screen modal. This adds an inline compact/full toggle. Needs a decision on which stats to show/hide in each mode.
