Feature Request: AIOC Support

NA6D has a device called the AIOC. It works as a Com/Serial port for radio programming and a sound card for digital modes using a Kenwood style connector. More info on GitHub under skuep/AIOC. Can 73 Linux support this device to interface with the Baofeng? I'd like to see some instruction or integration into 73 Linux if possible.

@W5REO in direwolf.conf uncomment '#PTT CM108' and comment out 'PTT RIG 4 localhost:12345'. You also may have to change ADEVICE. My AOIC was 'ADEVICE plughw:3,0' But you can find that using arecord -l.
