byte32 error

Describe the bug
Seemingly any interaction with a Keybase git repository (even creating a new one) has started producing a byte32 data error. Also pertains to #28548

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a terminal.
2. Try any interaction with a keybase git remote (e.g., push, pull, create)
3. See error

Expected behavior
Successful completion of the git command as happened, I believe, at least through 16 October.

I think this is related to kbfs I/O errors I've been seeing on all my architecture arm64 machines today (Android and Linux)

This was working yesterday until around 12:00pm EST and then it fails every time.

Linking #28548 as it's also related and unsure why it was marked as closed since it's very much still broken.

edit - it appears to be broken in any/all versions of keybase as well, but this test was on the latest

The issue seems to be resolved now - I can confirm that keybase git operations as well as reading files from KBFS seems to be working again on arm64 Linux and Android 🎉
