Randomness of Images by URI #11

Randomness of images seems impacted by latest updates. Or maybe it's just the randomness of images by URI. I can reload the page and get the same image 10, 15, 30 times in a row sometimes... when selecting from a pool of 20+ images. Never seen this before,. might just be an image by URI issue. Eventually, it kicks over to another image. Strange.
