Add national regulatory authorities for Colombia

Hi, I don't know anything about GitHub or how it works, and I'm not even sure if I'm doing this correctly, but I'm very interested in supporting this initiative.

I want to contribute by listing the regulatory authority in my country (Colombia)
the name is "Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio" and the link to fill a complain is this: https://servicioslinea.sic.gov.co/servilinea/pqrsf/)
Could someone who knows how to do this help me by adding it? Thank you very much

I directly send my request to add MSCA Consultation Desk for Japan to the email address listed at the very bottom of Keep Android Open.
You could do what I did.
