This may not be an issue, and maybe my understanding of RCWA is wrong.
I wonder if the results of grating layer with phi=90 and transposed grating layer should be the same.
Because I took an experiment for this, and the results are different, I wonder it is caused by Meent's calculation or RCWA theory. (I will try phi=89.9 or 90.1 later)
