Live Update notification

I think it would be nice if you could add a live update notification for connection the AirPods with the phone instead or in addition to the over app display notification because the over app display notification causes a tiny issue were the sound stops playing until the notification is gone and sometimes I have to manually start the playback again. Also most android skins have the live update api added in their own "dynamic island" and that would give a more ios like experience.

The code has already been added in #561, however there are some fixes needed before release.

yeah I already tested this version the only thing is the notification doesn't go away it stays there idk about other problems but thats the only one I encountered
