Quiz passe even if wrong answers are selected

Dear katacoda developers,
There seems to be an error related to the quizz behavior. This bug can be reproduced in the Katacoda examples (quizz section at.https://katacoda.com/scenario-examples/scenarios/quiz). The test pass even if wrong answer are selected. For instance you can try to select the tree answer related to Q3. While Q3.3 is incorrectly selected, you will be congratulated...

same issue with multiselect question

and also has issue with verify scripts, it's unstable, can verified/unverified randomly
