Modernize Confuser

I see following short term modernization plans

• Upgrade Confuser.CLI to run under .Net 8.0 or .Net10
• Upgrade ConfuserEx UI application to .NET 10
• Migrate ConfuserEx UI to Avalonia for cross platform support
• Revisit and improve documentation if necessary
• Create tests for MSBuild tasks
• Provide protection mechanisms for Linux / Mac
  • Add AntiDebug Linux and Mac implementations
  • Add AntiDump Linux and Mac implementations
  • Add AntiManagedDebugger Linux and Mac implementations
  • Add AntiManagedProfiler Linux and Mac implementations
  • Add AntiJIT tampering Linux and Mac implementations
