Create a compelling visual demo showing AgentOS shipping a feature end-to-end #123

Description

Goal

Create a visual demo (animated GIF, asciinema recording, or short video) that shows AgentOS autonomously taking a backlog issue, dispatching it to an agent, shipping a PR, passing CI, and merging — end to end, without human intervention. This is the single highest-leverage adoption driver: people need to see the system work to believe it and star the repo.

Success Criteria

  • A recording or GIF embedded in README.md showing the full loop: issue created → dispatched → PR opened → CI passes → merged → issue closed
  • The demo should be concise (under 2 minutes / 30 seconds for GIF)
  • Should be visible above the fold in the README or linked prominently
  • The demo should use a real task, not a toy example

Why This Matters

Agent OS has 2 stars. The README explains the system well in text, but nobody will read 700 lines of markdown before deciding to star. A visual demo is the fastest path to "wow, this actually works" → star → adoption.
