Pacty Parrots in the Quickstart is unusable

• The quickstart has you create an account via faucet.testnet.chainweb.com and this funds and creates an account on chain 1.
• The pacty parrots contract is on chain 0 and creates a transaction for chain 0 that is requested to be signed on chainweaver.
• Hence, the funded account the user makes cannot be used to play pacty pirates.
• Either pacty parrots needs to run on chain 1 or the user needs to be able to create and fund an account on chain 0, i.e., a new faucet. In either case, we should aim to maintain the leaderboard.
