The problem above we resolved together on discord. It was an issue where user tried to connect to ModernUO from centred instead of connecting to cedserver.
Is your issue exactly the same, ie. stuck at connecting without anything in app logs?

i am confused. i am running a working Servuo and i followed some guide in internet and downloaded centrED# , configured etc but it does not connect. i am using the centrED exe icon the one with a bit of green on it. Cannot connect with that. i enter the serv uo using a classic Uo launcher pointing to ultima online classic full patched.
is there any updated working guide for all these things?

ServUO is the server for ultima online and centred has its own server for map editing. There is a Cedserver.exe in the centred directory and we have a guide to set it up https://centredsharp.readthedocs.io/en/latest/server_setup/
