[Feature]: update FXGL game to v25

It would be great to use the LTS version of FXGL

😍 Describe the solution you'd like

• Update FXGL version and Java version to 25 in the pom.xml
• Run the game locally to be sure it works

• I wanted to update the FXGL version to v25 but it does not work, I created this issue: Bug: module not found on new v25 of FXGL AlmasB/FXGL#1462

  • It should work with v25 of FXGL and Java 25.

  • I don't know if it is an issue from my local IDE Intellji ? Or on Mac only?

And my settings looks like this, I added the correct JDK 25, so that's weird my issue. Can someone have a look?

Hey, thanks so much, keep me updated, and update the README / documentation since there would be some "breaking" changes, like user might need to have Java 25 and so on.. :)
