force_verify=true ignored when scope includes 'openid'

to the &scope=...  query parameter, add "openid" as the docs say you must do.
notice how the presence of "force_verify" does not cause the "Authorize {appname} to use your account?" page to appear but rather, you instead enjoy the authentication of whichever last user id you logged in to twitch.
