Why this extension is not on Chrome Web Store?

This extension looks really interesting and thanks for developing it. It will be really useful. Great job!

But I'm wondering, why this extension is not on Chrome Web Store? It would be really great to have it available there the same way SNUtils is. Way more people would be able to find it, use it and contribute to it.
