lesson save fails

I opened the application, entered data, saved and closed.
On close, prompted to save and said 'no'
but the data was present in .json files and loaded correctly on next start.

I may have misunderstood this one. Workshops and Learners saved okay but Lesson not saved unless I accpeted the warning on close. Does the lesson save button work?
