Import csv headers not correctly recognised

Imported an attendance .csv exported from workshops.ncl. Import successful but not into correct fields (e.g. User ID in Badge field):

import does work but it's not clear what format of .csv or name is expected

import csv required the user to enter a workshop name then didn't import anything but output shows it reading the file
