This repository shows the code that was used to create two of the visualizations shown in the CASB 185 Bruins video presentation. The data plots the number of associations each drug has in the interactome for a relevant breast cancer phenotype on the x-axis against the Benjamini-Hochberg score which is placed on the y-axis.
