Potentially questionable names of packages/variables/macros

• macros.equilibrate. Equilibrate as a concept is too broad. Should it be "two-state equilibrium", for example?
• Should it be earm2.trail or earm2.full? (we want to allow for the possibility of Fas models, after all)
• "transloc_rates" in earm2_modules is reused for the spontaneous Bax/Bak activation rates in the indirect model. Should it be something else, like equilibrium_rates or two_state_eq_rates?
