It seems that you're using Windows, right? I can't test it but it seems that you should follow what the error message says: define opencv.dir in the local.properties file. Example:

opencv.dir=C:\ProgramFiles\OpenCV

Look at the repo's README file for more changes you'll need to make in local.properties

It's just a comment, you can modify it despite it.
