What is/are your question(s)?

Fresh install on Bookworm 64 bit lite, I could not get genmon to start. startgenmon.sh errors out with "Enable to find config file /opt/genmon/conf/genhalink.conf".

Adding a blank genhalink.conf text file in opt/conf was required to get genmon to start.

Sorry about that. This is a new file that will be included in 2.0. I uploaded this file so you will not have this issue before.

I updated genloader.conf to include a reference to new add on but I forgot that genloader.py will validate the files are in place before loading.

Thanks for letting me know. It should be fixed now so just update the repository and you should be good.
