8-Layer Support Enabled

Hey @jfedor2, just following up on a PR I put up back in February (#332) introducing eight-layer support to your web UI. I've been successfully using it for months now to configure all of my HID Remapper devices (I have seven) and they all work flawlessly.

Note: Unlike an earlier version I put up last year where I fought with Bootstrap's layout system by hacking around it, this new version fully embraces it, better following Bootstrap's intended design. Plus, it looks better than my original attempt and is a smaller PR too!

Let me know if there's any changes you'd like me to make to help get this merged. Happy to contribute.

@DeviousPenguin, thanks! This was a new VPS I set up that apparently right after provisioning, but before I had set it up, crypto-mining software got installed and it blew out my memory until it seized up the box. Fun times!! But hey... at least it's just my fun little site with my resumé, and the remapper page plus a couple other small sites. Nothing critical so more annoying than a problem, but still, thanks for the heads up!

No problem at all, the site is loading for me now. Thanks for adding the extra layers to the frontend also, I'll give to give it a try when I finish building my first device.

Hey, @jfedor2, let me know if I should keep this open or not. I know in the past you haven't been crazy about submissions to the codebase, but I've also seen recent additions so wasn't sure. But I also don't want to step on your toes, and I'm happily maintaining this in my own fork. Just wanted to contribute back since I depend so heavily on your work, but equally don't want to overstep. Lemme know!
