build: make debian package (for didactic purposes, even though this is not an application... as lib could be still be useful process)

General workflow (see https://wiki.debian.org/Packaging/Intro)

• use debian virtual machine to prevent bricking your system
• generate tarball (see https://cmake.org/cmake/help/latest/cpack_gen/archive.html, https://stackoverflow.com/questions/13477585/create-tar-archive-with-cmake)
• unpack tarball
• add debian package files
• build the package
• install
