creole2html cannot be used for standard creole 1.0 for linebreaks

There is no documented way to use the command line script creole2html for standard creole 1.0 linebreaks.

(Because of the default `blog_line_breaks=True` in `creole/__init__.py` , which cannot be changed there, because of #75.)
