The MVP is JSON-only. Once validation confirms the LLM-briefer thesis, add a human-readable text formatter consumable in a terminal — likely briefer-cadence one-liners per AIM 7-1-5 element, similar to the existing Nimbus::Formatters::Text.format_convection style.
Acceptance: skywatch brief KCDW --format text prints a human-readable brief that follows the AIM 7-1-5 sequence and uses briefer-cadence phrasing.
