Linux/Mono: settings are not saved (ApplicationSettingsBase not implemented?)

On Linux using Mono, the application will not save its settings, and gives an exception on Mainform.cs:289 (Settings.Default.Save): System.NotImplementedException

2.10.8.1 (as packaged in Ubuntu 13.04)

I’m fairly certain that Mono simply does not support ApplicationSettings, only UserSettings. It seems to me that this setting is more appropriate as a user setting than an application setting though, anyway.

Tested, still doesn’t work.
