Saving causes source file changed popup

Description

Saving causes a popup that the source file has changed. Refresh and ignore both result in the changes being saved normally as if the popup hadn't happened

Expected behavior

The file saves and continues normally without the popup

Steps to reproduce

• Make changes to a csv
• press ctrl+s
• wait for popup to appear

I noticed that too. But I'm on Mac.

Is this a long standing issue or has it been introduced recently? I suspect that vs code has changed something (internally) and that this is a result of that.

@ashleygruver Hm, I can only reproduce this sometimes (?), but only when developing the extension (debugging). When I use the extension normally, I have no problems with it. I'm on vs code Version: 1.98.2 and MacOS 15.3.2
